Attitude determines your altitude!

Do you remember the story of an eagle who thought he was a chicken and he pecked like the chickens and watched the eagles soar and there was something inside him that said I want to do that that they are doing? That’s me.... I will not go through life like a chicken with its head down and not seeing the altitude that God has for me.

Each one of us has untapped potential.  Each one of us still has childhood dreams we want to be fulfilled. It is up to us to either peck the ground or soar the sky.

I have worked hard. I have loved hard. I have also lost hard.  I have every right to be on a couch depressed and sulking.  But I will not do that! I have two girls who I have to be an example to.  Its for them that I get up every day and press forward and my breakthrough is coming!  Those dreams and the goals that I laid aside to please others and forgot about Kristy.

BUT....that time has come to an end because God has told me through someone I do not know, who wrote to me and said I felt led by the Lord to tell you not to give up, to take a step of faith for your breakthrough is coming.

And I love the saying I will see you at the top because the bottom is already crowded. It’s time to sort through.  It’s time to smile! It’s time to live a life of love and abundance. I will not back down but I will wait upon the Lord.
